Small Victory for Obama in Guam
The Guam voters have reached a decision. After no rallys or campaigning of any sort in the U.S. territory, Obama wins the Guam caucus by a minuscule 7 votes. Guam may have no impact, since only 3 delegates were up for stake in the area and Guam does not vote in the General Election held in November.
